Why this stack

GLOW adds GHK-Cu to the BPC-157 and TB-500 healing pair. The copper peptide is the cosmetic angle: collagen synthesis, skin remodelling and wound-healing support in research models, layered over the tendon-and-tissue work the other two are run for. It is sold pre-mixed as a single vial, which is how most people run it; the table shows the components for anyone stacking separate vials.

How it is run

  • Once daily subcutaneous as the pre-mixed blend, per the GLOW protocol page.
  • Running separate vials, GHK-Cu is commonly cycled 5 days on 2 off while the other two run daily.
  • Blocks of 4 to 8 weeks, then 2 to 4 weeks of rest between cycles.
