A dilute mix reads better
At 2.5 mg/mL a 300 mcg target is 12 units, which sits comfortably in the readable middle of a U-100 syringe. The same amount at 5 mg/mL is only 6 units, where a small misread is proportionally a much larger error.
Mixing without foam
Add the bacteriostatic water slowly against the inside wall of the vial and swirl gently until clear. Do not shake — this is a peptide fragment and agitation can degrade it.
Storage
