BPC-157 + TB-500

The classic healing pair: local repair plus systemic repair, run side by side.

Why this stack

BPC-157 and TB-500 are the two most used healing peptides, and the community runs them together because the mechanisms barely overlap. BPC-157 is the local one: rodent work shows accelerated tendon, muscle, gut and vessel repair, and it is usually injected as close to the problem area as practical. TB-500 works systemically through actin regulation and cell migration, so injection site matters far less. Every scrap of this evidence is preclinical, and both protocol pages grade it that way.

How it is run

  • Both are subcutaneous and run daily over the same 4 to 8 week block, commonly at the same time of day.
  • BPC-157 goes near the injury site where practical; TB-500 anywhere convenient.
  • Many draw both into one syringe; the pre-mixed blend vial exists for exactly this.
  • Typical rest after a block: 2 to 4 weeks before repeating.
