The Longevity Lineup

Mitochondria, NAD+ and the telomere peptide: the cellular-health rotation.

Why this stack

Longevity stacks rotate rather than run flat. NAD+ and MOTS-c support cellular energy and metabolic signalling on an ongoing basis, SS-31 targets the mitochondrial membrane directly, and epitalon drops in as a short fixed-day course a few times a year rather than a daily habit. None of this is a proven human-outcome protocol, and the evidence badges on each page do the grading.

How it is run

  • NAD+ injections are higher volume and commonly split or slowed; flushing is expected.
  • MOTS-c pairs with training days in most community protocols.
  • Epitalon runs as a short course with months off between rounds.

What the components report

Reported upsides

  • NAD+: Essential coenzyme for cellular energy metabolism
  • NAD+: Supports DNA repair and sirtuin activation
  • MOTS-c: Mitochondrial-derived peptide
  • MOTS-c: Exercise mimetic properties in research
  • SS-31: Mitochondrial-targeted antioxidant (elamipretide)
  • SS-31: Reduces oxidative stress at the mitochondrial membrane
  • Epitalon: Telomerase activator in research models
  • Epitalon: May support telomere length maintenance

Cautions

  • NAD+: Injection site pain and flushing (common)
  • NAD+: Nausea with larger doses
  • MOTS-c: Injection site reactions
  • MOTS-c: Limited human safety data
  • SS-31: Injection site reactions
  • SS-31: Generally well tolerated in clinical trials
  • Epitalon: Injection site reactions
  • Epitalon: Generally well tolerated in reported use

Sourcing the stack

Same rule as every protocol page: the batch COA matters more than the price. Summit Research Supply is the supplier we feature; code PEPDOSE applies to each component.
