CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin
The standard GH secretagogue pairing: GHRH plus GHRP in one bedtime injection.
Why this stack
This is the default growth hormone stack because the two halves push the same pulse from different receptors: CJC-1295 (no DAC) is a GHRH analog that raises the amplitude of the natural GH pulse, and ipamorelin is a selective GHRP that triggers release without meaningfully raising cortisol or prolactin. Run together at bedtime they amplify the largest natural pulse of the day. The dose in the table refers to each component.

250 mcg each | Once daily | 10 mg + 2 mL | 10 units (0.1 mL) |
How it is run
- One subcutaneous injection at bedtime, both components in the same syringe or as a combined vial.
- On an empty stomach where possible: food, especially carbohydrate, blunts the GH pulse.
- Common blocks run 8 to 12 weeks with 4 to 8 weeks off; IGF-1 is the lab number to watch.
- CJC-1295 WITH DAC is the long-acting cousin dosed twice weekly; that is a different protocol, not this stack.
What the components report

Cautions
- CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin: Injection site reactions
- CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin: Facial flushing from CJC component

Same rule as every protocol page: the batch COA matters more than the price. Summit Research Supply is the supplier we feature; code PEPDOSE applies to each component.
