How Kisspeptin-10 works
The product of the KISS1 gene and the upstream trigger of the reproductive axis: it stimulates GnRH release from the hypothalamus, which drives LH and FSH. It is the master switch that puberty depends on.
Kisspeptin-10 dosing schedule
From the human physiology research programme, principally at Imperial College London, which has studied kisspeptin in reproductive endocrinology and as a trigger in IVF. These are controlled infusion studies designed to probe the reproductive axis, not a treatment protocol — and administration is intravenous infusion dosed per kilogram per hour, which does not translate to a subcutaneous injection.

Reconstitution and measurement
This part is arithmetic and does not depend on the evidence level. Concentration is vial size divided by the bacteriostatic water you add. Draw volume is your target amount divided by that concentration. Units are draw volume times 100, because a U-100 syringe reads 100 units per millilitre. Common vials for Kisspeptin-10: 10 mg.

- Reported as well tolerated in the controlled research settings where it has been studied.
- The very short half-life of kisspeptin-10 is the central practical fact — it is why the human work uses infusions, and why a subcutaneous injection is not the same intervention.
- Kisspeptin-10 and kisspeptin-54 are not interchangeable.
